Cookie Notice
Last updated: August 25, 2026
We don’t use cookies.
That’s this notice in a nutshell.
ReceiptBay does not set cookies, advertising pixels, or tag managers on this marketing website. We don’t run Google Analytics, session replay, or ads tracking. There is no consent banner because we don’t set cookies.
This website
The site is statically hosted. Fonts and assets are served from our own origin.
We count anonymous pageviews on production — URL, referrer, browser, coarse country. No cookies, no client id we join to an account.
If you click “Ask a question,” a live-chat tool loads so we can reply. It does not set cookies. It may keep a short-lived session in your browser so the thread can continue. That is not used for advertising. If you never open chat, that tool is never requested.
Signed-in products
When you create an account, we store credentials and session state using platform mechanisms required to keep you signed in — IndexedDB or equivalent on the web dashboard, and on-device app storage on mobile. That is authentication, not advertising. We don’t use it to track you across other companies’ sites.
Connecting a bank, retailer, or accounting tool may keep a short-lived session value for the OAuth return. Those values are not used for analytics.
What we will not add without updating this notice
- Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok, or similar
- Hotjar, FullStory, Intercom, or other session or marketing SDKs
- Third-party fonts, tag managers, or CDNs that set cookies
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and, where required, obtain consent before setting them.
Your browser
You can still block cookies globally in your browser. Doing so will not change how this marketing site works. Blocking all site data may sign you out of the dashboard because the session cannot persist.
