ReceiptBay is software for capturing, storing, and reading receipts. We are not a bank, broker, or money transmitter, and we do not hold deposits.

Transport and storage

Traffic to the Services uses TLS. Receipt images, extracted data, and account records are stored on Google Cloud with encryption at rest. Processing runs in the United States. Access is limited to people and services that need it to operate the product.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Accounts

Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for the credentials on your account. If you think it is compromised, write to support@receiptbay.com.

Community prices

After extraction we may keep de-identified item, price, merchant, and coarse region signals. Those observations are not stored with your account, receipt, or workspace identifiers. Details: Privacy Policy.

Report a vulnerability

Email support@receiptbay.com. Include enough to reproduce. Do not attach other people’s receipts or live credentials.
