We are not aware of any problem affecting receiptbay.com or the product right now. If that changes, it will be written here, and this line will change with it.
This page is updated by hand when something happens. It is not a live monitoring feed, and it is not a guarantee of uptime.
What this page covers
- The marketing site — receiptbay.com, including this page and the other public pages.
- The web dashboard — where you add receipts and see what we read from them. It is in early access.
- The Android capture app — in private testing. There is no App Store or Play listing yet.
How we tell you about problems
We post what we know on this page, and we update it as we learn more. If a problem affects your personal information, we will contact you as required by law. There is no live incident board yet, and we would rather not pretend otherwise.
If something looks wrong
Email support@receiptbay.com with what you were doing and roughly when. That is faster than waiting for this page to change, and it tells us something we may not have seen.
